Das Projekt ISEK Nikolaiquartier verfolgt das Ziel über einen partizipativen Ansatz ein integriertes Stadtentwicklungskonzept (ISEK) für das innerstädtische Planungsgebiet „NikolaiQuartier“ zu erstellen, um ein nachhaltiges, soziales, und wettbewerbsfähiges Konzept für zukünftige Gewerbe-, Wohn- und Freizeitnutzungen festzulegen, das die Bedürfnisse aller Stakeholder integriert.

The ISEK Nikolaiquartier project aims to use a participatory approach to create an integrated urban development concept (ISEK) for the inner-city planning area “NikolaiQuartier” in order to define a sustainable, social and competitive concept for future commercial, residential and leisure uses that integrates the needs of all stakeholders.
