Die Reform der Stadt Wien – Einwanderung und Staatsbürgerschaft wurde als Programm mit 21 Teilprojekten zur Organisationsentwicklung konzipiert. Ihr Ziel war es, die Behörde dauerhaft effizienter und serviceorientierter zu gestalten. Von März 2021 bis Oktober 2024 lief ein strukturierter Entwicklungsprozess ab, in dem eine neue, integrierte Steuerung entwickelt wurde.

Kurzbeschreibung Englisch / Short Description

The reform of the Municipal Department für Immigration and Citizenship was set up as a program comprising 21 organizational development projects. The aim was to sustainably transform the agency to be more efficient and customer-focused. A structured development process took place between March 2021 and October 2024, during which a new integrated management system was established.
