Die Stadt Wien - Immobilienmanagement entwickelte sich 2022 bis 2024 durch einen partizipativen Organisationsentwicklungsprozess in eine moderne, performante Organisation und attraktive Arbeitgeberin. Im Kern standen die nachhaltigen Erfolgsfaktoren Sinnorientierung, möglichst individuelle Selbstbestimmung bei der Gestaltung von Arbeitsprozessen sowie psychologische Sicherheit im Arbeitsumfeld.
Kurzbeschreibung Englisch / Short Description
From 2022 to 2024, the City of Vienna's real estate department underwent a participatory organizational development process to transform itself into a modern, high-performance organization and attractive employer. The project established 3 sustainable success factors: a shared sense of purpose, the most individual design options for work processes and a psychologically safe working environment.
