Das Projekt digitalisiert und optimiert das Förderwesen des Magistrats Linz mit einer innovativen Plattform. Es ermöglicht die Online-Einreichung von Anträgen, standardisiert Prozesse, entwickelt ein einheitliches Datenmodell und automatisiert Workflows zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Transparenz und Bürger*innenservice.

Kurzbeschreibung Englisch / Short Description

All municipal funding has been transferred to a unified digital platform for all funding programs and departments. The technical implementation was carried out as a hybrid cloud solution. Applications can be submitted digitally 24/7. The project was set up as an agile change project with process optimizations for both applicants and administration.
