Im partizipativen Innovationsprojekt werden gemeinsam mit Jugendlichen Jugend-Beiratsmodelle entwickelt, die am Beispiel eines Jugend-Beirats für die KIJA ausprobiert werden. Die KIJA geht im Projekt über herkömmliche Beteiligungsansätze hinaus, indem sie Jugendliche die Möglichkeit gibt, bindende Entscheidungen zu treffen, an die sich die KIJA auch wirklich halten muss,

In a participatory innovation project, youth advisory board models are being developed together with young people. These models are tested using the example of a youth advisory board for the KIJA-Children and Youth Ombuds Office. The KIJA takes traditional participation approaches a step further by giving young people the opportunity to make binding decisions that the KIJA is obligated to follow
