The project aims to integrate diversity and gender competent thinking and acting in the day-to-day work of an organization. It comprises actions that transfer knowledge, strengthen personal skills, and initiate culture change: 1. Training in "gender and diversity" for employees, 2. Coaching for managers on fairness, 3. Coaching for managers with "diversity backgrounds", 4. Handouts on diversity.
